What’s not returnable?

• Opened products are not returnable.
• Products in boxes with broken seals are not returnable.
• Items not purchased at www.aromarhythms.com.
• Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).

How do I return unopened products?

• Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 14-days of delivery by contacting us.
• Unopened product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped within 14-days of the date the return was authorized by AR’s Customer Service.
• Your unopened product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product that confirms your name, address, and order number.
• If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• If you have initiated the return after the 14-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• If we have not received your return within 14-days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• To initiate a return please contact Customer Service at info@aromarhythms.com.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

• If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us at info@aromarhythms.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• This process does not require you to return an unopened product – rather, we will assess the damage based on the evidence you provide.
• Include the following details in your email:

1. Order number
2. Description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging (including the shipping label)

• We will review your request and determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund is applicable.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Please allow 7-14 business days once the return has arrived to our warehouse for return processing and approval. 

Please note as a growing company we do not provide return labels or cover cost of shipping.
